Ashleigh has had two rare life-altering health experiences, 15 years apart. Her journey began when she was just 13 years old, when overnight she went from the epitome of health to a four-year excruciating journey of fighting for her life.

Ashleigh was so sick that some nights she would force herself to stay awake out of fear that if she went to sleep, her body wouldn’t make it through the night. These long nights are when she began to understand and experience the intricate mind-body connection.

It was a long journey, but Ashleigh defied all odds. Everything she was told she would never do, she did. She became an elite athlete, TV & Broadway star, entrepreneur, keynote speaker, and a mother. She felt on top of the world, then everything was taken away again.

At the age of 33, she had a failed hip surgery that launched her entire body into debilitating chronic nerve pain. She lost her professional career, and struggled to walk or even hold her daughter. She was diagnosed with several “incurable” chronic pain conditions and told her nervous system had flipped a switch.

After years of excruciating pain and hundreds of failed treatments, she decided to take her life into her own hands through studying neuroscience. Ashleigh discovered how to rewire her brain, flip the switch back in her nervous system and reclaim her power.

This 20-year journey led her to create Bio Emotional Healing®, a process based in neuroscience that rewires the nervous system out of stress. Bio Emotional Healing® not only reclaimed her life, but helps her clients around the world finally break free from physical, mental, and emotional pain to create mind-body freedom.
